Terms of Service
The terms on which AI Media OS is operated.
AI Media OS is not offered to the public. There is nothing here to sign up for, buy, license, or use. These terms exist to state plainly what the system is and who operates it — as required for API access — not to form an agreement with a user, because there are no users other than the owner.
1. What AI Media OS is
AI Media OS is a private, single-operator automation system that its owner runs on their own computer. It researches, drafts, produces, renders and uploads videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It is a personal tool, in the same sense that a script someone writes for their own use is a personal tool.
2. No service is offered
AI Media OS is not a product, a platform, a hosted service, or a software-as-a-service offering. Specifically:
- There is no registration, sign-in, or user account of any kind.
- No third party can connect a Google Account to it.
- It is not sold, licensed, rented, or distributed.
- It does not accept payment, and there is no fee, subscription, or transaction.
- It processes no data belonging to anyone other than its owner.
If you are reading this page, you are reading a disclosure document. There is no service here for you to be a party to.
3. Who may use it
Only the owner. The system authenticates to exactly one Google Account — the owner's own — and is configured with exactly one permitted destination YouTube channel. It verifies that destination with a live API call before every upload and refuses to proceed on a mismatch, or if the destination cannot be verified at all.
4. Content and publishing
All uploads are created as private. The system cannot publish publicly or schedule a public release: a non-private upload requires an explicit per-video authorization that the automation never issues. Any decision to make a video public is taken by the owner, by hand, afterwards.
The owner is solely responsible for the content produced and for its compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content that fails the system's automated quality checks is quarantined for review and is not uploaded.
5. Synthetic and AI-generated content
Videos produced by AI Media OS contain AI-generated visuals and synthetic narration. Every upload is declared to YouTube as containing altered or synthetic content, is declared not made for children, and carries a disclosure to that effect in its description.
6. Third-party services
AI Media OS makes calls to third-party APIs to do its work, including Google's YouTube Data API for uploading, and commercial providers for language, speech and image generation. Use of each of those is governed by that provider's own terms. Nothing on this site alters them.
The system's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the privacy policy.
7. No warranty
AI Media OS is provided by its owner, to its owner, as-is. Because it is not offered to anyone else, no warranty, guarantee, service level, or support commitment is made or implied to any third party.
8. Limitation of liability
As no service is provided to any third party, the owner accepts no liability to any third party arising from AI Media OS. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the effective date shown above.
